ARDAD at Crockfords Stud, DUNADEN at Longholes: a successful December Sales for Overbury swtiches focus from foals to stallions.
After selling the session-topping foal on Saturday – a 110,000 Iffraaj filly bought by Norris Bloodstock – we brought our new stallion Ardad to Newmarket in the afternoon. The G2-winning son of Kodiac is on show at Crockfords Stud, Woodditton Lane, until Wednesday. Just turn up, or call Simon who will be happy to take you there: it’s a short walk from the sales ring.
HOW TO FIND ARDAD: Leave Tattersalls from the back entrance, by the EE Barn. Turn left away from Newmarket towards Woodditton. Crockfords Stud is 100m along on the right.
Meanwhile, Melbourne Cup hero Dunaden is showing at Longholes Stud, also until Wednesday. It’s open house there until Wednesday.
